Shelby is responsible for customer service with all clients, properly navigating on ways to assist with clients and their needs. She joined the agency in October of 2022, and has since been our main greeter when you come into the office or give the agency a phone call.
She is a family oriented person who loves spending time with and being entertained by her 8 nieces and nephews. Shelby currently resides in Walnut, IL.
