COVID-19 Updates & Procedures

UPDATE 8/30/21: Per new Illinois guidelines, all clients over the age of 2 are required to wear a face covering when inside our agency. Regardless of vaccinated status, we are requiring face coverings of our staff and customers when in the agency. Please follow all state and local guidelines for the safety of our staff and their families. If you do not wish to wear a face covering, you can set up an appointment over the phone, video, or at our drive through.

UPDATE 06/01/21: Per the CDC guidelines, fully vaccinated clients are not required to wear a mask within our agency. We ask that those who have not received the COVID-19 vaccinations wear a mask when inside our office for the health and safety of themselves and our staff. Please continue to stay home if you feel sick or show any symptoms of COVID. Appointments are still available by phone, video call, in person, or through our drive-thru window.


UPDATE 10/06/20: We are reopen to the public after a 14 day quarantine due to exposure to a positive COVID-19 case. Our office hours are 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We are available by phone, in person, or through our drive-thru services. We ask that the following rules be followed when visiting our agency for the health & safety of our staff, families, and clients.

  • All clients are required to wear masks when entering our building. Masks will be worn throughout your appointment or service work. Our agents and staff will wear masks or any other necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) we see fit. Please confirm when making your appointment whether you are able to wear a mask or not. No further medical questions will be asked to ensure your privacy.

  • If you are able to wear a mask and do not have one, one will be provided for you. If you are not willing to comply with our mask policy, other arrangements besides a face-to-face appointment will be made.

  • Clients may not bring extra guests or pets when coming in for appointments or service work. Please only bring yourself.

  • Touch-less hand sanitizer stations will be set up at the entrance of our building. We highly encourage you to take full advantage of these systems before your appointment. 

  • We will not allow the use of our bathrooms to the public at this time to ensure that our staff has a continuously clean and safe environment to work. 

  • Please do not enter our agency or set up an appointment if you or someone in your household has traveled out of state in the past 14 days. 

  • DO NOT enter our agency or come to your appointment if you or someone in your household is sick. We will work to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please be respectful of our agents and other staff, and stay 6 feet apart from anyone within our office while visiting. 

  • All payments, signatures, or additional service work that does not require an appointment will be requested to be handled through our drive-thru service. This allows our staff to stay safe and healthy.


UPDATE 09/28/20: We are currently closing our lobby and our drive-thru due to an exposure to a positive COVID-19 case. Some of our staff is required by the health department to quarantine for at least 14 days from the original date of exposure. We are operating remotely and can still be reached by phone or email (listed below). We plan to reopen our office 10/06/20. Please continue to be safe and practice social distancing, as well as wear your masks when in public. Thank you.


UPDATE 06/01/20: After discussion with our staff, and reviewing state and CDC guidelines, we have made the decision to reopen our agency to clients by appointment only starting June 8th

We are keeping our staff and your safety as our number one priority, so we have some guidelines that must be followed for us to move forward. Please read carefully and call or email us if you have any questions on the following: 

  • Clients are required to call ahead of time to set up an appointment. No walk-ins will be accepted.

  • All appointments will be held in our conference room, with at least 15 minutes between each appointment to allow for proper disinfecting. A limited number of appointments will be available in one day, so please be patient with our team while scheduling.

  • Appointment times between the hours of 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM will be reserved for our high risk clients including, but not limited, to those over the age of 65 and/or those who are immunocompromised.

  • Clients may not bring extra guests or pets for their appointment, please only bring yourself.

  • Clients must wait in their vehicle until the time of their appointment. When you arrive, please call ahead to make sure our agents are ready for you and that our conference room has been properly disinfected. 

  • ALL CLIENTS MUST WEAR MASKS when entering our building and through the entirety of the appointment, unless you have a medical or health condition that does not allow you to do so. Our agents will also wear a mask or any other PPE (personal protective equipment) that we feel is necessary to reduce any additional exposures. Please confirm when making your appointment whether you are able to wear a mask or not. No further medical questions will be asked to ensure your privacy.

  • If you are able to wear a mask and do not have one, one will be provided for you. If you are not willing to comply with our mask policy, other arrangements besides a face-to-face appointment will be made.

  • All other payments, signatures, or additional service work that does not require an appointment will continue to be handled remotely, by mail, or through our drive up window.

Our first priority is keeping your family, and ours, safe. A large amount of our clients are in the high risk category for contracting COVID-19. Together, we can keep them safe & healthy with these easy steps.

Reminder: We have fully disinfected our agency with medical grade cleaner, and continue to properly clean our office on a regular basis.
