Bio
Hugh F. Miller and Elizabeth (Betty) Waldschmidt were married in 1953 and stayed on the farm with their family for 27 years. Together they have 11 children, 36 grandchildren, and over 50 great grandchildren.
On July 15th, 1985, Hugh opened his insurance business, dedicating himself to serving the community with trustworthy companies and coverage. Now, three generations of his family are actively involved in his business.
Hugh and Betty remained active members of their community for many years. Even after retirement, they both came into the agency almost every day to visit and see their family.
Hugh was a respected member of his community, and could seldom go into town without someone stopping him to say hello. He and Betty were incredibly blessed with their large family that continues to grow to this day.
